The Site Supervisor is fully responsible for each job site assigned. They oversee all of the sub-contractors to ensure high-quality work, excellent customer service, job-site cleanliness, and keeping things on schedule. The Site Supervisor is responsible for opening job site, logging materials arrived, subcontractors arrived, ensuring subcontractors understand scope and plans, ensuring subcontracts execute work per scope and plans, ensuring materials ordered and delivered before needed, ensuring subcontractors signed up and scheduled for maximum efficiency, daily photos & Videos taken for daily logs, updating schedule, job site safety, job site cleanliness, job site general security and securing job site at the end of the day.

The Site Superintendent is responsible for the oversight of multiple commercial roofing projects. They work with project managers, roofing foreman, truck drivers, and suppliers to load and replace roofs on large industrial buildings, public facilities, and high rises safely and effectively. Responsible for ensuring work is done in the most efficient means possible and according to manufactures and designers’ specifications. They provide direct supervision for all field personnel and construction projects, handles field problem solving and project decision-making and maintains project schedules and manpower. They communicate daily with project managers to resolve construction issues and provide progress updates, as needed.

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing every stage (from pre-construction, through to completion) of roofing installations or repairs to commercial properties for multiple concurrent construction projects. The Project Manager ensures that roofing projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer’s satisfaction. The Project Manger enforces safety requirements to ensure that roofing teams work in safe conditions.

Job Description:
The Account Manager is responsible for gathering, evaluating, and then preparing detailed total cost information for cost-effectiveness for and during the construction bid process. The Account Manager may be required to visit construction sites to gather information and analyze proposals, specifications, blueprints, and construction documents in order to understand the project. The Account Manager works closely with project managers to coordinate and oversee the vendors and/or subcontractors in the bid process. They are responsible for determining the time, labor, materials, and product costs for the project and communicate the requirements to the clients.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Gather necessary measurements and information on properties and project sites.
- Knowledge of the overall construction industry and protocol.
- Great aptitude and ability to quickly learn industry products, installations standards, etc.
- Manage multiple project estimates at any given time.
- Estimate materials, labor, equipment, and other functions necessary to perform work.
- Create labor estimates for any project.
- Present prepared estimates
- Maintain current and accurate information on material prices from vendors.
- Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with company vendors and contractors
- Sales responsibility for roofing, waterproofing, and air barrier related products with reporting efforts for sales activity being made to the Vice President of Sales.

- Keep calendars current.
