Responsibilities:

As a Subcontractor specializing in TPO and/or metal roofing for WRSM, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Roofing Services:

- Execute TPO and/or metal roofing projects to meet quality and production goals

- Ensure timely completion of assigned roofing projects, maintaining our commitment to 5-star reviews and 100% customer satisfaction

2. Problem Solving and Communication:

- Skillfully identify problems and develop effective solutions for roofing projects

3. Quality Assurance and Inspections:

- Conduct final inspections on TPO and/or metal roofing jobs to ensure proper completion

- Ensure adherence to contract specifications and quality standards

Requirements:

- Valid licenses and insurance for TPO and/or metal roofing

- Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders

- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
